Tour Ready Lab (TRL) is a professional development program for performing artists and companies looking to expand the reach of their work outside their home communities. Offering two distinct tracks, a performance track and a development track, artists work alongside a cohort of peers with shared goals to engage in a 5-month curriculum designed to support performing artists navigating the booking and touring field. Through TRL, participants will increase their knowledge and confidence to cultivate relationships that lead to touring opportunities, refine their essential tour marketing assets, learn how to maximize the booking conference experience, and examine alternative ways of getting their work seen.

Applications are due July 27 by 6pm ET.

Stapleton School of the Performing Arts is seeking an exceptional classically trained ballet instructor to join our faculty and teach advanced-level dancers in our pre-professional training program.
The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in classical ballet technique and a passion for developing technically proficient, artistic, and healthy dancers. This instructor will uphold the highest standards of excellence while fostering a positive, inspiring, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
Professional classical ballet training from a recognized conservatory or academy
Professional performing Professional performing experience.
Demonstrated success teaching advanced ballet students 913-18)

Become a Cultural Ambassador

The San Francisco Arts Commission (SFAC) is seeking individuals passionate about the arts and community engagement to apply to become Cultural Ambassadors to help promote upcoming 2026-2027 grant opportunities.

As a Cultural Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in increasing awareness of and attendance at SFAC’s grant information sessions.

You will also encourage prospective grantees to submit applications to relevant SFAC grant categories in fall 2026.

This is a paid opportunity to be an integral part of SFAC’s grant-making process.

Selected Cultural Ambassadors will receive an honorarium of $3,145 to help conduct outreach and community engagement between August and December 2026.

Stapleton School of the Performing Arts is committed to nurturing the next generation of choreographers, actors, and directors through its Artist Residency Program. This program supports both emerging and established artists by offering 20 hours of free rehearsal space, professional development opportunities, and guest teaching engagements. Residents also receive features on the school’s website and social media platforms, along with discounts on adult classes—all designed to foster growth, visibility, and connection within the performing arts community.
